- Starting a small group of combatives training and focusing on some very basic pre-contact cues and the flinch response in different scenarios.
- Revisiting and stringing together body-weight exercises routines.
- Revisiting all my basic kettlebell work, refining mechanics by addressing my visual and vestibular system, inserting bone rhythm and speed of lift variations for difficulty.
- Mastery of my current basketball shooting and lay-up protocol.
- Ownership of T-Phase work including muscle testing.
This will all take me to a very different place in my life. It looks to be a rewarding and empowering process. I'm interested in hearing what are some of your micro-goals or plans for your own training are over the remainder of the year. Ask yourself what you have the most to gain from doing and focus on doing a manageable amount of training, once maybe, twice a week. As you progress into the new year you can invest more time. A little consistent work starts to add up quickly over time, keep that in mind! All the best with this.
